In the previous 2 posts I talked about cutting out sodas and other sugary drinks from your diet in order to lose some weight and in the other post I talked about drinking more water throughout the day for appetite suppression and other reasons as well. With weight loss there are 2 essential steps that need to be covered in order to successfully lose weight.
First and foremost you have to consume fewer calories. There’s no way around this… you don’t want to starve yourself but you do want to consume fewer calories. Replacing all of the soda and juice and other sugary drinks in your diet with water wll dramatically cut down on the number of calories you consume. Drinking water is the fastest way I know of reducing the number of calories you consume.
Once you reduce the number ofcalories you consume, you now have to focus on burning more calories then your body needs on a dialiy basis so you ca actually start to lose weight. You can accomplsh this by exercising… it doesn’t have to be anything rigorous… you just want to be active 3-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes.
There you have it… that’s the easiest and fastest method for losing weight and those are without a doubt the 2 essential steps for permanent and consistent weight loss.
