Daily-Weight-Loss-Tips is a Blog for people who are interested in losing weight and are looking for a variety of methods to not only lose the weight and keep the weight off on a permanent basis.
My name is Daniel and I’m the author of this Blog. I was a personal trainer for about 10 years in the Los Angeles area and that was about 5 years ago. I still work out and exercise and stay in shape and this Blog gives me a medium to express different thoughts and ideas I have regarding weight loss which is a subject that I believe a lot of people are interested in but also very mis educated about.
Through this Blog I hope to change that and help you lose some weight in the process!
