Do This To Avoid Cravings And Lose Weight

Avoid Cravings And Lose Weight

One of the easiest ways you can reduce the amount of calories you consume on a daily basis and lose weight in the process is by cutting out all of the unnecessary snacking you do between meals.

But that’s easier said then done especially when you’re at the office and your stomach starts growling and it’s only 9AM in the morning…

What do you do then?

The best thing you can do today to avoid snacking between meals is prevent the thought from ever crossing your mind.

Huh?

What I mean is the best thing you can do to avoid craving and lose weight is prevent them by eating well-balanced and nutritious meals strategically placed throughout your day.

Now ideally you’re consuming 6 meals a day to stimulate your metabolism but on top of that you want to make sure that you have a meal balanced with good portions of carbohydrates, protein, and fat. You need all three for your body to have sufficient fuel to burn and for it to feel full and satisfied.

Once you know you’re eating good nutritious and balanced meals I would recommend you go ahead and skip the snacks when you get those between-meal cravings and drink a tall glass of water instead.

Avoid cravings and lose weight but before you skip those between-meal snacks, make sure you’re consuming a balanced and nutritious diet.

The Eat More Weight Loss Program

You may not believe me but it is in fact possible to eat more and lose weight in the process… I call it the eat more weight loss program.

Eating more doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll still get to stuff your face with whatever you want to eat however… If you want to lose weight and eat more you’re going to have to maintain a cleaner and healthier diet. But you will get to eat more…

So how the hell can you eat more and lose weight at the same time?

Well it all begins with the spacing and size of your meals.

First and foremost you’ll want to space out what you eat over 6 meals and you’ll want to feed your body every 3-4 hours or so.

By eating 6 meals a day and eating every 3-4 hours you’re basically forcing your metabolism into overdrive. After a few weeks your body will burn and utilize all of the calories you feed it at meal time and it will “dispose” of any calories that it can’t use right then and there.

Right now if you’re anything like the typical American, you’re eating about 1-2 meals a day and you’re sitting on your behind pretty much most of the day.

You couldn’t do anything worse for your metabolism!

By only eating once or twice per day, you’re forcing your body to store most of the food that you eat as fat. Your body does this because it doesn’t know when it’s going to get fed again and you have to remember that your body’s primary function is to keep you alive and to maintain all bodily functions and not to keep you looking slim and trim.

That’s what happens when you eat 1-2 meals a day…

Would you rather eat 1-2 meals a day, starve yourself and gain weight or would you rather eat 6 meals a day and lose weight?

The eat more weight loss program… try it!
