Tip #1 On Daily Weight Loss Tips

Right off the bat I’m going to tell you the easiest way you can start losing weight today and if you put some thought into it I think you’ll agree that this is one of the best diet tips anyone can give you for sustained daily weight loss

Stop drinking sodas and soft drinks people.

If you really want to make an impact on weight loss you’ll replace all of those soft drinks and sodas with water. I’ll talk more later about the benefits of drinking water later but for now let’s just have you focus on cutting the sodas and mocha frappuccinos out of your diet…

If you think you’ll have problems transitioning to water i recommend  you try some crystal light  with your water. They have those  little packs every where you go now  and they’re perfect with a 20 oz. water  and they contain  much fewer calories that soda.
